While we have prepared for every eventuality to get everything ready for launch day, there may be a few teething problems with the transition, so please bear with us if this happens.   We really hope there aren’t any glitches… but if there are, we appreciate your patience and will endeavour to sort it out asap.

Q. What’s available in the all new Bodytrim website?

A. The new and improved BT website is packed full with all your favourite features and exciting new features. In addition to the general information on Bodytrim the website includes:

• Trim Club – with all your favourite features and exciting new features, the all new Trim Club includes: a motivational super course, online trackers, 24/7 motivational and support community, and much much more. It's just like having your own personal weight loss coach!
• Success stories – packed with member stories, Slimmer of the Week and testimonials, there are certain to give you inspiration and motivation during your BT journey and beyond!
• Geoff’s blog - so you can see what the creator of BT gets up to and how he keeps BT compliant

Q. How does the new Bodytrim website work?

A. There are three main sections

1. Main site: in addition to Bodytrim information, you will also find the forum, Geoff’s blog, success stories, thousands of recipes, and much much more
2. Trim Club: you will need to log in to access Trim Club and all its fantastic features. You can find the login box in the top right hand corner of Bodytrim’s new homepage.
3. Bodytrim Store: Load yourself up with BT compliant snacks, be an inspired cook with our great range of recipe books, and lots of other goodies to help you on your weight loss journey. Simply click on the Bodytrim Store box in the top right hand corner of the Bodytrim website homepage. Don’t forget your Trim Club discounts if you’re a member! 

ALL NEW TRIM CLUB QUESTIONS

Q. What is included in the all new TRIM Club? 

A. With the all new Trim Club, you can still enjoy all your favourite Trim Club features, plus some fantastic new additions including a motivational super course, online trackers, 24/7 motivational and support community, and much much more.  It's just like having your own personal weight loss coach!

Q. I have previously been a member of Trim Club, I would like to re-join, how do I do this?

A. Please call one of our friendly customer service team during normal business hours on 1300 66 44 80.

Q. I purchased Bodytrim Plus as a part of the recent special offer, when does the 2 months FREE Trim Club membership commence?

A. Your free 4 week membership to Trim Club will begin early next week… so make sure you check your emails - especially as the very special motivation Super Course starts early next week too.  When you start the Super Course, you’ll swear Geoff is actually there with you, training you one-on-one every step of the way.  Don’t miss out as it’s guaranteed to get you even better results, faster!

FORUM QUESTIONS

Q. How do I log into the Bodytrim forum?

A. Existing Users: If you are an existing user simply use your current login details to access the forum. Click on the log-In tab as illustrated by the arrow below to enter the site and follow the prompts. 

New users:
If you are a new Trim Club member you will need to register before being able to access the forum. To do this click on the register button displayed next to the arrow below and follow the prompts.

Q. Does my Bodytrim forum log-in, avatar, profile, etc change?

A.  No, the forum will remain exactly the same but will just have an all new look and feel.

BODYTRIM MOTIVATIONAL SUPER COURSE

Q. What is the Bodytrim motivational Super Course?

A. As part of the motivational Super Course Geoff will be there to help you every step of the way so you know exactly what to expect at the various stages of the weight loss process. You'll receive regular emails and video posts from Geoff with motivational tips and advice.

Q. When will the motivational Super Course be available?

A. You will be receiving your first email early next week so make sure you keep an eye on your emails.

Q. How do I sign up to the motivational Super Course?

A. Your free access to the motivational Super Course will automatically begin the day after you register.  So please make sure you register the day before you wish to start the Bodytrim program.  For example, Sarah wants to start on Monday, so she needs to register on the Sunday.  Please note that if you have not registered online within 7 days, the motivational Super Course will automatically commence. 

Q. Can I re-set the start date of the motivational Super Course?

A. Yes, absolutely!  We want to ensure you have all the right tools to help you achieve your weight loss goals. If you would like to re-set your start date, simply contact one of friendly customer service team on 1300 72 44 55.

Q. How do I log in to the new website?

A. First of all determine which category you fall under, then follow the prompts below to login.

1. I am an existing Trim Club member.

2. I have recently purchased the Bodytrim kit but have not yet registered on the website.

3. I have purchased the Bodytrim Plus kit in a store.

I am an existing Trim Club member.

1. If you are an existing Trim Club member you will not need to re-register on the new website. Once you receive your ‘Welcome to Trim Club’ email, head to the website and click on the ‘Log In’ tab.

2.You will then be prompted to enter your email address and license key (your license key is a unique number, which allows you to gain access to the members’ only section of the website. Your license key number will be sent to you via email).

 

 3.You will then be asked to enter your name, height, weight and weigh-in day. Without this information you will be unable to access the Trim Club section of the website. 

I have purchased the Bodytrim Plus kit in a store.

1.  Head to www.bodytrim.com.au  and click on the ‘Register Now’ tab.

 2. You will then need to select the box which says “I’ve already purchased a Bodytrim Kit”.

 3. You will then be prompted to enter details such as your name.  You will also be asked to create a user name and password. Then, you will be asked for your serial number - this can be found on a sticker on the back of your Bodytrim Plus DVD case. The username and password that you create at this step gives you access to the online store and will NOT be your login details for the Trim Club section of the website.

 

 

 4. You will then be transferred to our online store, where you will be asked to input your name, address and credit card details. We require your credit card details at this point. This is because after your free 4 week membership to Trim Club, you will automatically begin paying less than $5 a week . However, if at the end on the 4 weeks, you don’t wish to continue with the membership you can call our friendly Customer Service team on 1300 72 44 55 to cancel.)

5. You will then be registered for the Trim Club section of the website. You can log in using the directions above.

Q. I’ve lost my login details or I didn’t receive the email announcement, how can I get my new login information?

A. If you are a Trim Club member but have not received your license key number just give us a call on 1300 72 44 55 and our friendly Customer Service team will be able to look it up for you.

To be able to access the Trim Club section of the new and improved Bodytrim website you need to be a Trim Club member.  However, if you have previously closed down your Trim Club membership and would like it to be re-instated, please contact our friendly Customer Service team on 1300 72 44 55.

Q. How can I re-set my log-in information?

A. Unfortunately you are unable to reset your login information. The license key number you have received via email is what you need to use to log into the website each and every time you want to access Trim Club. We advise you keep this number in a safe place.
