So, you want to know how to lose weight fast?  Of course you do!  Doesn’t everyone?  None of us want weight loss to be a painful and protracted experience.  We want results and we want them now.  We are impatient to reach our goals and most of us are not that interested in doing a lot of work to get there.

So if you really want to know how to lose weight fast and if you are serious about keeping it off, a high protein low carbohydrate diet is probably your best bet.  In other words, a hunter-gatherer type of eating plan that eliminates bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and cereals but that includes vegetables, a little fruit and plenty of lean meat, legumes and fish.   This way you will lose weight fast and stay healthy at the same time.

So now you know how to lose weight fast.  It’s not about starving yourself.  Actually, you must eat more to lose more – eat more of the right foods, of course.

And you don’t have to exercise like a maniac either.  If you can manage just  10,000 steps a day through incidental exercise like shopping, taking the dog for a walk, cleaning the house, walking to work and playing with the kids, that will be enough to keep your metabolism running smoothly and you heart and physique in tip top shape.
