Ingredients

  • 2 cups mix salad greens
  • 1 cup oven-roasted non-starchy vegetables
  • 8 olives
  • 2 artichokes, chopped
  • choice of the following: octopus, canned tuna, sardines, anchovies, mussels
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar

  1. Combine all ingredients.
