BBQ Chicken Salad

  • 100-150g BBQ chicken
  • Handful of lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Mix lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber and mushrooms in a bowl.
  2. Roughly rip-up BBQ chicken and add to the salad.
  3. Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil – enjoy.
