BBQ Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 100-150g BBQ chicken
- Handful of lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Mix lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber and mushrooms in a bowl.
- Roughly rip-up BBQ chicken and add to the salad.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil – enjoy.
