Beef Stir Fry

  • 100-150g of beef, cubed
  • 2 cups of mixed non-starchy vegetables i.e, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms and zucchini
  • 1/4 cup of beef stock
  • 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tsp sesame oil


  1. Heat wok or small frying pan. Add oil to pan and add the onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until the onion is softened.
  2. Add the beef and stir fry 3-4 minutes or until beef is cooked to your liking. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. Pour beef stock and soy sauce into the pan and add non- starchy vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Add beef back into the pan, and cook for another 2 minutes.
