Beef Stir Fry
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
- 100-150g of beef, cubed
- 2 cups of mixed non-starchy vegetables i.e, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms and zucchini
- 1/4 cup of beef stock
- 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Heat wok or small frying pan. Add oil to pan and add the onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until the onion is softened.
- Add the beef and stir fry 3-4 minutes or until beef is cooked to your liking. Remove beef and set aside.
- Pour beef stock and soy sauce into the pan and add non- starchy vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Add beef back into the pan, and cook for another 2 minutes.
During Trimsition and Body Trimming phases add 1 serve of starchy carbohydrates per person.
