Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup yoghurt (Greek or soy)
  • 2 cups milk (soy or cow’s milk)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
  2. Divide mixture into two glasses to serve.
  3. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
