Berry Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup yoghurt (Greek or soy)
- 2 cups milk (soy or cow’s milk)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
- Divide mixture into two glasses to serve.
- Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
