Bolognese with Shredded Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 400g lean beef mince
- 400g can tomato Soup
- 1 cup beef stock
- ½ cup red wine
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 8 mushrooms chopped
- 1 cabbage, shredded
Method
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add mince and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until well browned.
- Add soup, stock, wine, oregano, tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Separate cabbage into individual bowls. Pour the bolognese sauce over the cabbage.
