Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 50g BBQ chicken (skinless)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1-2 cups cos lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tbsp of caesar salad dressing

Method

  1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, and place in a bowl.
  2. Slice up the BBQ chicken and add to the bowl.
  3. Cut the egg into quarters and add.
  4. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of caeser salad dressing onto the salad.
