Chicken Caesar Salad

- 50g BBQ chicken (skinless)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1-2 cups cos lettuce leaves
- 1 Tbsp of caesar salad dressing
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, and place in a bowl.
- Slice up the BBQ chicken and add to the bowl.
- Cut the egg into quarters and add.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoons of caeser salad dressing onto the salad.
During Trimsition and Body Trimming phases add 1 serve of starchy carbohydrates per person.
