Chicken & vegetable soup

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 carrot, roughly chopped
- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 zucchini, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken stock to boil. Roughly chop the carrot, onion and zucchini and crush the garlic. Thinly slice the chicken.
- Add the vegetables, garlic and chicken to the stock and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Stir the soup occasionally and if needed, add more stock or water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
