Cottage cheese dip with vegetable sticks

Serves: 2


½ cup cottage cheese

2 tsp mustard

1/2 tsp chives, chopped

A little salt and pepper to taste

1 cup of non- starchy vegetable sticks for dipping i.e. raw broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum, celery, cucumber


In a small bowl mix all the dip ingredients well and chill. Mixture makes two snack sized portions.

Serve with a selection of non- starchy vegetable sticks.
