Healthy tuna dip in lettuce wraps

Serves: 2

Ingredients

100- 200g of tuna in spring water

2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt

1 Tbsp mixed herbs

1 large tomato, chopped into small squares

Squeeze lemon juice

Lettuce leaves to serve

Method

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Mixture makes two snack sized portions.

When ready to eat spoon mixture between a couple of lettuce leaves and wrap tightly
