Lamb Kebabs and Greek Salad

  • 2-3 lamb kebabs (available from supermarket or make yourself by cutting lamb steak into cubes and threading onto wet skewers)
  • Greek salad (also available from the deli or supermarket, or may be prepared yourself)


  1. Preheat a grill on high. Place kebabs on the grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  2. Serve with Greek salad.
