Lamb Kebabs and Greek Salad

Cooking time: 10 minutes
- 2-3 lamb kebabs (available from supermarket or make yourself by cutting lamb steak into cubes and threading onto wet skewers)
- Greek salad (also available from the deli or supermarket, or may be prepared yourself)
- Preheat a grill on high. Place kebabs on the grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with Greek salad.
During Trimsition and Body Trimming phases add 1 serve of starchy carbohydrates per person.
