Muesli with Apricots, Almonds & Coconut

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 dried apricots, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp almonds, or other nuts/seeds
- 2 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk (soy or cow’s milk)
- 1 cup yoghurt (soy or Greek)
- In a bowl, combine the oats, apricots, almonds, coconut and cinnamon.
- Divide into serving bowls and top with milk & yoghurt.
