Peaches, Banana & Protein Yoghurt

  • 1 cup yoghurt (soy or Greek)
  • 1 serve protein powder (high protein, low carb i.e. Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peaches (if using tinned use ‘in juice’ not syrup)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 serve of nuts or seeds


  1. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Divide yoghurt mixture into serving bowls and top with the peaches, banana slices and sprinkle with chopped nuts or seeds.
