Peaches, Banana & Protein Yoghurt

- 1 cup yoghurt (soy or Greek)
- 1 serve protein powder (high protein, low carb i.e. Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein)
- 1/2 cup chopped peaches (if using tinned use ‘in juice’ not syrup)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 serve of nuts or seeds
- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein powder until well combined.
- Divide yoghurt mixture into serving bowls and top with the peaches, banana slices and sprinkle with chopped nuts or seeds.
