Porridge with Almonds & Honey

  • 1/2 cup quick- cook oats
  • 1 cup milk (soy or cow’s milk)
  • 1 cup yoghurt (soy or Greek)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp almonds, or other nuts/seeds


  1. Make the porridge by combining the oats and milk. Cook in the microwave or over a medium heat in a pot on the stove, stirring until thick.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the yoghurt and honey.
  3. Divide into serving bowls and sprinkle with almonds.
