Porridge with Almonds & Honey

- 1/2 cup quick- cook oats
- 1 cup milk (soy or cow’s milk)
- 1 cup yoghurt (soy or Greek)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp almonds, or other nuts/seeds
- Make the porridge by combining the oats and milk. Cook in the microwave or over a medium heat in a pot on the stove, stirring until thick.
- Remove from heat and stir in the yoghurt and honey.
- Divide into serving bowls and sprinkle with almonds.
