Spinach and egg pots
Cook time: 15 minutes
- 250g pkt frozen spinach
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp grated cheese
- 2 rasher bacon, trimmed of fat and finely diced
- Pre-heat oven to 200 °C
- Defrost spinach and divide evenly between 4 greased ramekins.
- Break an egg into each pot and sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
- Place pots onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
