Tuna Salad Wrap + a serve of Fruit

Prep time: 10- 15 minutes

Cook time: 6 minutes to hard boil an egg

Serves: 1


½ a large wholegrain/wholemeal wrap

½ serve of tinned tuna in spring water, drained (or other cold meat)

2 thin slices of cheese

1 cup mixed, non- starchy salad vegetables (spinach, capsicum, alfalfa sprouts)

¼ avocado, sliced (optional)

Salt & pepper

Plus 1 orange (medium sized)


  1. Place mixed salad vegetables in the centre of your wrap along with well drained tuna, cheese and avocado. Season lightly with salt & pepper if desired and fold together.

Tip: Make sure lunch is kept in the fridge or at least next to something cool like a frozen tub of yoghurt (afternoon tea) or drink bottle.
