Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes (approximately to boil pasta)
1/2 cup cooked wholemeal pasta
½ serve of tinned tuna
¼ cup cottage cheese
1 cup cooked or tinned asparagus chopped
1 cup chopped capsicum and tomato
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with a little salt & pepper and serve.
Tip: Make sure lunch is kept in the fridge or at least next to something cool like a frozen tub of yoghurt (afternoon tea) or drink bottle.
