So im with Julia. If you are sticking to exactly what you say to eat, drink and exercise . Why are you not dropping weight. I have to say im surprised as we are even on a very low calorie diet and yet weight loss still is only just over 4kg in 7 weeks . I don’t understand why im not dropping more weight . And yes all the dieticians will say that a small amount of weight loss is better but I dont want it to take another 7 weeks to lose another 4 kg – my gosh at that rate Ill be retired before I reach my goal weight 🙁
