Fruit comes under non- starchy carbohydrates.
During the Body Trimming phase you could have fruit as your carbohydrate source with breakfast (Breakfast Meal Formula), and/or as one of your carbohydrate sources with dinner (Balanced Meal Formula). We wouldn’t recommend more than two serves of fruit per day. If you take a look at the ‘Carbohydrates: Non- starchy’ article you will find a list of different types of fruits and their serving sizes.
