Hi Sandi,

You are correct, wholegrain crackers do come under the wholegrains category so should not be a recommended snack option for the FAST Start or Trimstition phases (although snacks are not included in FAST Start). Thank you for pointing this out, the team will be notified so that this can be better clarified. For the FAST Start and Trimstition phases you are able to have non starchy vegetables with your protein snacks so could have cucumber, raw broccoli, capsicum and/ or tomato with your cottage cheese.
