Hi Sandi,

No problem! We are very pleased to hear that you are enjoying the program 🙂 Snacks include a serve of protein and can also include a small amount of non- starchy carbohydrates. A meal on the other hand i.e, lunch for the Body Trimming phase follows the ‘Balanced Meal Formula’ which includes 1 serve of protein, 2 serves of non- starchy vegetables and 1 serve of starchy carbohydrates.
