Thanks to all of you for asking these questions – I’ve also been on the old BT program with much success until the past year which has seen a lot of stress and change in my life and I have put over 10kg back on despite hardly ever eating sugar and keeping high carbs to a minimum. (I was however, not as active due to injury)
I had also been wondering about the every 3 hour timing and also the protein only day.
I saw the reply from the BT team with regards to the protein only day no longer being a rule – however I would like to ask the BT team if there is any problem with continuing to have a protein only day ? I’m curious as to why it has been removed? I hope I haven’t buggered up my metabolism with the old system……….
