Hi Christina,

We recommend trying to cut the use of sweeteners from your diet as much as possible as they can train your taste buds to crave sweet foods. If you need to include a little bit of sweetener then stevia would be your best option, but keep in mind the effect on your taste buds and cravings and try to minimise your use. Our taste buds do adapt and before long you might find that you don’t need any sweetener at all.
