Hi I have been on the old Bodytrim years ago and lost about 15kg in a few months it was great. I have had an injury and have not been able to exercise at all and need to lose 30kg to get to This is quiet different to the other Bodytrim program so I am a little confused about the programs rules. For day 1-3 Is it 3 shakes one morning one lunch and one dinner? Then 2 cups of low carbs vegies with 100g of meat and 2/3L of water?
I’m on day one its 3pm and I have had 2 shakes so far and lots of water and surprisingly I’m not hungry at all.
