Hi Kim and Rebecca,

In general we recommend trying to stay away from artificially sweetened soft drinks- they are still very sweet in taste and it is thought that they may not help in reducing sugar cravings because your body is still being subjected to this high level of sweetness. First and foremost we recommend water, soda water with a squeeze of lemon or lime, or herbal teas (these can even be cooled and drunk cold).
