Hi Melissa,

We’re so pleased to hear that the first few days went well for you!

Day 8 is Trimsition;
Breakfast= 2 serves of protein (2 eggs) + 1 serve of starchy or non- starchy carbs (1 slice of wholegrain bread or 1 fruit serve or 1 cup of mushrooms).
Morning Tea= Protein snack.
Lunch= 1 serve of protein (100g lean meat), 1 serve of starchy carbs (1/2 cup cooked potato) and 2 serves of non- starchy carbs (2 cups of mixed salad greens i.e, capsicum, lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc).
Afternoon Tea= Protein snack.
Dinner (same as lunch).
