Pineapple, watermelon and grapes would all be classified as non/low- starchy carbohydrates. A serve would be one piece/slice, or roughly half a cup. Unfortunately the food lists are not fully inclusive- there will be some food options that have not been included on the list. If you are unsure about which food category a particular food might be in and cannot find it on any of the lists then please do let us know.
For snacks we only recommend protein and non- starchy vegetables not fruit. You could have a serve of fruit as part of your carbohydrate option for meals.
