Spices are a great addition for adding extra flavour to recipes, so feel free to add cajun, rosemary, tumeric- whatever takes your fancy really! Add some cinnamon to your FAST Shake, to porridge or a muesli for breakfast.
Try and choose individual spices rather than seasoning mixes such as Moroccan or Chicken Seasoning which can be quite high in sodium (opt for the sodium reduced stocks where possible too).
