No you are perfectly fine!
Starchy carbs could be considered the starchy vegetable options, starchy grains, or breads and pastas. Most but not all of the foods within these groups will be suitable for the Trimsition phase so take a look at the Food Guide tables (in ‘My Food Guides’ in the column on the left) to see which ones have a ‘Y’ for the Trimsition phase.
Brown rice is suitable as a starchy carb option during the Trimsition phase and a serve is equivalent to 1/2 a cup of cooked rice.
