Hi Cheryl,

For weight loss water is your best option. Coconut water will contain calories and carbohydrates including natural sugars. Some varieties will even contain added sugars (look at the ingredients list). We would advise keeping coconut water as an occasional treat option and focus more on getting your fluids via water.
