Hi Kay,

Most of the flavoured varieties do contain added sugars (the equivalent of a couple of teaspoons of sugar per serve- have a look at the ingredients list). The ‘Original’ versions would be best as they are 100% oats with no added sugar. The ‘Hi- Fibre’ variety contains about half as much added sugars as the flavoured varieties so this one would also be a better option.
