Hi Karen,

1 cup of zucchini contains less than 1g of carbohydrates and 0g of starch, while 1 cup of squash contains 40g of carbs and 33g of starch.

Unfortunately we can’t list every single vegetable on the list (this would be quite an extensive list) so there may be some that have been missed yes. A quick google should tell you if a vegetable is starchy or not, failing that flick us a message and we’ll help you out!
