You are right!-
“Not all types of squash are counted as starch in your diet. Zucchini and summer squash are non-starchy, versus acorn, pumpkin, and butternut squashes, which are high in starch.”
The Food Guide is referring to butternut squash.
Apologies for the confusion, we’ll see if we can get this better clarified on the Food Guides.
