Hi Keryn and Joanne,

I’m on day 3 today – like both of you, I have a substantial amount of weight to lose. So many similarities here – I’m trying to get into a rhythm and routine, as well as lose a few kilos, before I go back to work in a couple of weeks. Feels like I have found a couple of soul sisters! Anyway, so far so good. Keeping busy helps (takes the mind off food!).
Looking forward to the phase where I can have a glass of wine though. This is my vice, along with chocolate – but hey, I cant have that so I’m happy to settle for one glass a week 😉
