I also did the old program & lost around 28 kgs which I was very happy with but I put it all back on & then some. I lost 5 kgs in my first week & then 1 kg a week. I am now on Day 2 of the Fast Start so very new to the new version although reading through all the information it makes more sense & less restrictive which I assume is more sustainable. Although I would ideally like to lose the weight around the same pace as the old version I keep telling myself slow & steady wins the race if I don’t. I am also finding the forums very informative.
