Hi Karen,

If you took out the carrot then yes you could do this! Perhaps you could add in some other non- starchy vegetable in place of the carrot such as asparagus, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms or spinach.

Also, because a snack serving size is smaller than a meal serving size we would recommend dividing the total mix by 6 rather than 3 to get your snack – sized portion.
