Hi Liz,

You could use this as a high protein, low carbohydrate convenience snack if you wish, however, we would recommend a half serve (20g of powder) mixed in 200ml of water rather than the full serve.
Try not to rely too much on protein powders, real wholefoods are ultimately your most nutritious option but shakes can definitely come in handy when in a rush or you don’t have anything healthier on hand.
