Hi Karen,

Look for a bar that contains a good amount of protein- preferably over 10g of protein per serve/bar is a good amount for a snack. Also look for lowish carbs- preferably less than 5g per serve/bar.

Have you seen the Bodytrim bars, slices and cookies? These have been formulated specially for the program 🙂
