This is not uncommon at all.
You are doing amazing with reaching your goal of 10,000 steps and sticking to the BT eating plan throughout the day so keep these thoughts in your head when those 9pm cravings kick in- you’ve worked too hard to cave now!
We would suggest a sweet piece of fruit- an apple, some pineapple or 1/2 a cup of fresh or frozen berries (this can be one of your non- starchy carb serves from dinner). You could also try a chai tea with a little milk and drop of honey as a slightly sweet and soothing night cap.
