Yes, absolutely!
As per the Food Servings Guide a serve size for ricotta is 1/2 a cup (for meals). The herbs & chilli flakes will be great for adding flavour and can be used freely. A slice of wholemeal bread would be your 1 serve of starchy carbs and then you just need 2 cups of non starchy carbs to make up the meal which could be in the form of 2 cups of salad foods or 1 cup salad foods plus a piece of fruit.
