I’m currently weighing in at 75.2kgs and 155cm.
My goal weight is to get to 65.2kg.
I’m new to Body Trim and really hope I can do this.
I have lost weight before by cutting out all my carbs and only eating high protein veg and salads which was very hard as coming from a European back ground we are surrounded by food, family and lots of gatherings..
I have no issues with exercising, my problem is also portion control!!!
Im starting Body Trim today and I need all the support I can get from please to reach my goal.
I need to stay strong and positive!!
