Hi Linda,
You could do this if you wish although it is good to try and mix things up and get a bit of variation (starchy vegetables, fruit (banana), oats, brown rice, quinoa, wholemeal pasta and breads etc) as different foods will provide different nutrients- and help keep things interesting for you!
