Just checking in to say hi and get advice. I have just weighed in and have only lost .2 since my last weigh. Was a bit of a let down from my initial 5kg loss first weigh-in. But, it was still a loss and I am trying to focus on that fact. Do you think that I should be doing anything different? I am at the two shakes stage and am having 1 for breakfast, then protein mid-morning, then lunch is light salad + protein-ie egg and mid-afternoon is a shake. I have a salad for tea with either 100g salmon or an egg. Am I doing this right?
