Thank you for your advice. I have adopted your recommendations, by having the shake for breakfast and lunch and a protein snack morning and afternoon tea. Is it ok to add quinoa as my carbohydrate addition?
For dinner tonight I had eggplant, zucchini, leek and canned tomato mixed together with a dash of Wostershire sauce. I then added 1/4 cup of quinoa and topped off with a 1/3 cup of grated parmesan. Is this an ok balance? I thought the cheese would be my protein component.
I made enough for tomorrow’s dinner or perhaps my snacks – if this is ok.
