On the Food Servings Guide we’ve listed Quinoa as a starchy carbohydrate and a serve size is 1/2 a cup of cooked quinoa. So yes, quinoa is absolutely fine.
1/4 cup of parmesan would be 1 protein serve.
For snacks we only recommend having protein and non- starchy vegetables, so this could be any of the Bodytrim protein snacks (cookies, bars or slices), you could also opt for something like a boiled egg, a small handful of nuts, cottage cheese with non- starchy vegetables, a small tin of fish.
