Many thanks, I have prepared tomorrows menu… shake breakfast, boiled egg snack with carrot sticks, lunch is salmon and salad.. afternoon tea is a shake… dinner is salad and chicken breast grilled. Salad will include pine nuts, salad leaves tomato cucumber onion and capsicum. I think I am getting the hang of things.
