Many of these types of waters contain added artificial sweeteners which unfortunately aren’t thought to help reduce cravings for sweet foods. We don’t recommend frequent consumption of these types of beverages for this reason.
Some people make their own berry or citrus infused water by simply adding a handful of berries or slices of orange/lemon/lime to a drink bottle or water jug in the fridge. This would be a nice option without the use of intense sweeteners.
