10,000 steps is about equivalent to 75- 90 minutes of low intensity exercise which could be treading water, exercycle, yoga or similar.

We realise not everyone will be able to meet his level of exercise and this is fine. The important thing is to do what you can manage each day, because even half an hour of low intensity exercise is far better than none at all!
