Hi My main problem is the snacks. I don’t feel hungry enough to eat a snack mid morning and mid afternoon. I’m quite happy with the balanced meals three times a day. Is it really necessary to have the snacks? If it is can I have one of the fast shakes instead of solid food. I should add I don’t eat nuts or yoghurt and only a small amount of fruit. A boiled egg is fine if I’m home, but I can’t really eat that in the library as it smells too much. Look forward to your advice.
